We operate a simple returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase (if it doesn't work, if you are faulty or if you have come to your senses) you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 7 days of receipt for replacement/exchange/refund.
Before you rush off to the Post Office please, please, please email email@example.com for a Returns Code. If you don't do this we may be unable to process your return.
If the item you are returning is faulty or if we have cocked up in any way we will happily refund your costs. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days.
If the item is being returned for any other reason ( i.e - a change of mind ) it must be in perfect, re-saleable condition. You will be liable for the cost of returning the item. Items returned to us for a refund that are not faulty/sent in error will be refunded with the same form of payment used to make the purchase. The cost of return carriage will not be repaid.
